Ordered a ring for Mother’s Day and has only just arrived on the 1st April! Customer service was absolutely no help and awful at sending any updates. Although the ring is lovely it’s very small and looks cheap! Considering the price also... not overly impressed
Placed and order on February 28 a mother's ring for my daughter in law. After 11 days of silence they emailed me to tell me there was a delay and it would be atleast another week or more. They offered me a refund. I took the refund but was very disappointed. I will definitely never order again. And if your ordering for a birthday better make sure you order a month or more in advance.

Horrible customer service. Bought two mothers day necklace and didn't even come to a month later when I ordered the necklace well in advance. Plus only one necklace came so I had to then wait again for the second one to come and now its mid June and it came in a ring box not a necklace box with smudge prints all over it so I had to clean up their dirty work.
I ordered Mother's Day necklaces on May 8th. I knew it would be late but I'm still waiting for the necklace to be delivered. I will NEVER order from them again!!
Talisa's customer service was excellent; I had to call with a problem and it was handled well and quickly.

I had to change my shipping address but the order was already on the way to me. Without any questions, they created a new one and sent it to my correct address free of charge!!! OUTSTANDING
Save your money and time! My husband tried to do something special for me. Well my necklace just falls apart won't stay together. The birthstones are absolutely the wrong color for the months. They won't call and no way to contact except email. Very disappointing.
Talisa is pounding social media with misleading advertisements. They advertising items as Mother’s Day gifts, but are not making it clear that the item will not arrive. Stay away don’t be fooled.

I bought a really nice personalised beaded bracelet for my wife and while delivery was slow (current circumstances and the fact its a unique piece does excuse this) she was very happy with it. Customer service was great as they answered my delivery queries quickly and efficiently, but even better, they sent a new bracelet as the original one was too small.
Pulls hair! I’ve owned several beaded bracelets this one yanks the hairs on your arm. So painful to wear. My Wife ordered me a bracelet for Christmas it didn’t arrive until way after but I wanted to read the reviews to see who else this has happened too. The reviews on their site seemed so fake with 3 or four recurring repeatedly in different wording. I saw one guy had a hairy arm I’m like there’s no way he left a positive review. Lol. Being honest here, it’s not worth the time or money. Told my wife I loved it. Lol
